It seems this recent series of posts have been based around my business so I figured I would continue on and write about what my next level is…for my business, that is.

Have you ever gotten to a point in your life where you wonder you’ve done everything you set out for, but what’s next for you to do? Where do I go now? What is my purpose…or…what is left for me to do? Yep, that is what I was thinking in the middle of last year. I was getting to the point where I was getting bored and tired of the same old routine, day in and day out. I was on the verge of actually looking for an outside job again because I felt I wasn’t bringing in enough income. I was always feeling guilty that I wasn’t doing enough. I mean, I had enough client work to keep me busy, but something was missing. Have you ever felt that way?

Instead of acting on my thoughts and jumping into job searching, I really looked at what the benefit of me leaving my business and rejoining the workforce would look like. The whole point of me leaving my corporate job and starting my own business was to be more present for my kids when they were growing up. I still have a teenager that needs me to drive her around…well, at least for another three months anyhow. But when I weighed the pros and cons of returning to an outside job, I still came up wanting to stay right where I was, running my own business. I have so much to offer and could go in many different directions with a new level (or levels) of services or products I can offer. I’ve always wanted to create multiple streams of income and I’ve been pretty successful with it in the past.

So to answer the question of what is my next level? My next level is to watch a vision I have for my business for the next 15 – 20 years. I am staying right where I am at now, but working on the growth to expand my business for success!
